Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Fashion Maania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide seamless exchange and store credit options so you are always satisfied with your order. Please read our policy below for more information.
Exchange Window
Please initiate your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
You can request an exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- For watches, the protective film must remain intact.
- For shoes, the soles must be clean and unworn — shoes should not be used outdoors.
- For perfumes, the seal and outer wrap must remain unopened and intact.
Unboxing Video — Mandatory
A clear unboxing video (from start to finish, without any cuts) is mandatory for every exchange or damage claim. Without an unboxing video, no exchange or claim will be accepted.
Store Credit
If you prefer not to exchange immediately, the full product value will be issued as Store Credit, which never expires and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event of a defect, we provide a free replacement of the same model (subject to availability), verified via your unboxing video. Our support team will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the replacement at the earliest.
No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds on delivered orders. All approved claims are resolved through an exchange or store credit.
